if I could give it a lower grade I would. Although. I do LOVE being able to hear Nixons address to the nation playing in the backgrougiond. Other than that, you give people access to such a small portion of "B", "C", & "D" data that Its pathetic. Especially considering that after it becomes declassified, shouldnt it be free to citizens? Its REALLY shady that a large number of the unlock-able documents (pay to ) have extremely vague titles such as "Communist reactions to certain US actions". It may have been for "national security" purposes back them, but how does that even matter to August 2012? I guarantee you it has something to do with "OPERATION: AGENT ORANGE" because I certainly didnt see that anywhere on the list. Ita pathetic that whole debacle is still kept so hush-hush. I downloaded this app specifically to see if that would be mentioned at all. Am I surprised its not? Hahaha!!!! Not at all. Absolutely ridiculous. Wow.

Nice collection of historical documents
This app brings together a number of declassified CIA documents about the Vietnam war into a single place. It does so in an attractive interface and with a fascinating speech by Nixon playing in the background. There are a number of documents available to read free with the base app. Yet more documents are available through in-app purchase. To be sure, there is no government conspiracy involved in charging a few dollars for additional documents. I appreciate the work that has gone into curating these documents in a single location, and am happy to pay for more. If this doesnt describe you, either go with the free documents and look for the remainder online, or dont download the app.
